Global hotel brand Marriott International has unveiled its first ever Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Western Australia, located in Murdoch.

Developed in partnership with Hesperia, 150-room, purpose built hotel features an all-day contemporary dining venue, Substance Restaurant & Bar, along with flexible meeting spaces and a 24-hour gym.

Located 10 minutes from the CBD and just under half-an-hour from the airport, the hotel is an attractive option for business and leisure travellers, along with people visiting near Fiona Stanley, St John of God and Murdoch hospitals, and Murdoch University.

Rooms range from 28-56sqm with a variety of options, all designed to maximuise space and light with floor-to-ceiling windows, complimentary wi-fi and flexible work spaces, in addition to multiple conference and function areas.

And when it comes to breakfast, lunch and dinner, the Head Chef Mochsin Fam-led Substance Restaurant & Bar features an Asian-inspired menu with a health-centric focus, including seasonal dishes, classic cocktails and elevated grab-and-go offerings.
